Important Announcement
VIRG Program – Batteries are limited in number and an application does not guarantee receipt of a battery.
This program is strictly for full-time U.S. Virgin Islands residents aged 60 and older who rely on powered medical devices. Additional eligibility factors are listed on the flyer above and on the application. The VIRG Open application window will begin Monday August 3rd.
How to Apply
The application process is simple:
Complete an application and Visit the VIEO offices on St. Thomas or St. Croix to apply in person. You can download the application document below or fill out at the energy office.
A government issued photo ID will be required
For St. John residents, applications may be submitted in person through Government House Administrators office in Cruz Bay
This is a first comes first serve program.
